If I say: ‘your brain and organs are 70% water’. What is the first thing that comes to your mind? What happens when you don’t drink enough water during the day? Most people's bodies are between 67% to 72% water. How does water go out to the system? With MOVEMENT!
But the movement needs to vary. If we move always in the same way we will keep sending the water in the same places. Another point to consider is REST. When the muscles work out, they squeeze the water out of the tissues, fascia, and muscles. That's why is important to REST because the tissue rehydrates.
All body cells, organs, and tissues require water to function.
Staying hydrated throughout the day is important to maintain optimal health and well-being.
Drinking water helps lubricate the joints in your body, spinal cord, and tissues so you can enjoy exercising with less stress for the body and less chance of injury.
Water helps regulate every function of your body like digestion, nutrient absorption, elimination of toxins, and maintaining healthy skin.
Drinking water daily can help prevent dehydration, a condition that occurs when you lose more fluids than you absorb.
Signs of dehydration include: Feeling Thirsty, Dry skin, Dark looking wee, and fatigue. Dehydration causes Fainting, confusion, vomiting, and diarrhea.
I drink about 2 to 3 litres a day and when I don’t, I feel the difference in my concentration, mood, and skin.
Try to drink more water and see the difference!!
